If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
- 2+ years hospice care experience and in-depth knowledge of regulations required,
- Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting
- Teaching, on the job trainer, or in service educator experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft office applications
- Bilingual-Spanish preferred
Required Certifications and Licensures:
- Current RN License required in good standing to practice in the state required
- Current CPR Certification required
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
